Refund policy

If you change your mind after your purchase or you bought the product wrong you must immediately inform us in writing before shipping your product. If your item is shipped and you simply change your mind after the delivery or during the shipping process, you are eligible for the shipping cost. If the item is sent to you and it was not as same as what is advertised on our website you are still eligible for a refund policy in full including the shipping cost. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If you request a refund due to the manufacturing issues, we ask you to send the item back to us and we will change it to the same item or if that item is not available we will refund you.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If your item send back as part of the refund policy terms and conditions and it is accepted we will inform you to get a refund or exchange of your product in the same amount. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
